How to use Multiple Availability in Schedule.so
Multiple Availability lets you create different schedules for different types of work. This makes it easier to offer flexible time slots and helps people book a time that matches your actual availability. Instead of using one fixed schedule for everything, you can create separate availabilities. This is useful if your working hours change based on the type of meeting or the day.
For example, a doctor may see patients at a clinic on some days and take online consultations on others. By creating two availabilities, both schedules can be managed clearly without mixing them. In the sections below, we will go through how to set this up in detail.
Create the first availability
Go to the Availability tab and click New. Enter a name for your availability, such as Clinic Visit Time. This helps you identify it later when assigning it to events.

Set Days and Time Slots
Choose the days you are available and set the time for each day. If the same timing applies to multiple days, you can duplicate it instead of entering it again. This saves time and keeps your setup simple.

Add multiple time ranges if needed
You can also add more than one time range within the same day. For example, if you work from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, take a break, and then work again from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, both time ranges can be added for the same day.
This is useful when your day includes breaks or separate working sessions. If you do not need split hours, you can keep just one time range for the day.

Choose the time zone
Next, select the Time Zone from the dropdown, such as America/New_York. This sets the base time for the availability. For example, if your availability is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in New York, a person in London will see it as 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
This means you do not need to adjust time differences manually. Schedule.so automatically shows the correct time to each invitee based on their location.

Use date overrides for exceptions
You can also use Date Overrides to handle exceptions in your normal schedule. Click Add an override, then choose the date where your availability needs to be different. For that date, you can either set custom time slots or mark the full day as unavailable.
If a date is marked as unavailable, it will be completely blocked and will not appear as bookable on your booking page. This is useful for holidays, special working hours, days off, or any date where your normal schedule does not apply. Once everything is set, click Save.

Create another availability
To create a different schedule, click New again and enter a name like Online Consultation. Choose the days and time slots, and duplicate timings if needed. Click Save once done

Create an event for clinic visits
After the availabilities are ready, the next step is to create events that use them. Create an event for clinic visits. Enter the event name, choose the clinic location, then select the Clinic Visit Time availability. After that, click Save. This ensures that clinic visit bookings will only use the clinic schedule.

Create an event for online consultations
Next, create another event for online consultations. Enter the event name, choose the location as Google Meet, then select the Online Consultation availability. Click Save. This ensures that online consultation bookings will only use the online consultation schedule.

Result
Multiple Availability helps you manage different schedules for different event types. People booking an in-person appointment will only see the days and times meant for in-person visits. People booking an online consultation will only see the days and times meant for online meetings.
It keeps your calendar organized, shows the right time slots for the right service, and makes scheduling easier when your working hours vary.
