How to connect Microsoft outlook calendar
With Schedule.so, you can connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar to keep your availability accurate and your bookings synced automatically. Managing your schedule manually can take extra time and lead to errors. By connecting Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Schedule checks your availability in real time and adds new bookings directly to your calendar.
This helps prevent double bookings, keeps your availability up to date, and ensures all confirmed appointments are synced automatically.
How Availability Checking Works
Whenever someone visits your booking page, Schedule checks your connected Outlook Calendar before confirming an appointment. If a time slot is already occupied in your calendar, it will appear as unavailable on your booking page. If the time slot is free, it can be booked. Once the appointment is confirmed, it is instantly added to your Outlook Calendar.
This keeps your booking page aligned with your real schedule and creates a smoother booking experience.
Setting Up Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration
Connecting your Outlook Calendar in Schedule only takes a few steps. Start by opening the Calendars section in your dashboard, where all calendar integrations are managed. From the list of available options, find Microsoft Outlook Calendar and click Connect to begin.

A new window will open and ask you to sign in to your Microsoft account. Enter your login details and complete the sign-in process. Once finished, your Microsoft Outlook Calendar will be successfully connected, and Schedule will be ready to sync your bookings automatically.

Choosing a Default Calendar
If your Schedule account includes more than one calendar, you can choose a default calendar. This ensures that all future bookings are automatically saved to the calendar you select.

Choose a Calendar for Your Event
Your Microsoft account may include multiple calendars. When setting up an event, all available calendars appear in a dropdown. Select the calendar you want to use, and bookings for that event will be added there.

Testing the Booking Flow
Once your Microsoft Outlook Calendar is connected, Schedule checks your availability before showing time slots on your booking page. Booked or blocked times are hidden automatically, while available slots can be selected and are added to your Outlook Calendar after booking.
