How to create a new workspace in Schedule.so
Creating separate workspaces helps you organize scheduling for different teams, departments, clients, or regions. Instead of keeping everything inside one shared setup, you can create individual workspaces for different parts of your organization.
This makes it easier to manage bookings, team members, calendars, and settings in a cleaner way.
Get Started with Workspaces
To start, go to the top-left corner of the dashboard and click your current workspace name. This opens the workspace switcher. Here, you can view all workspaces linked to your account and manage them from one place. From this menu, click New Team.
You can also create a workspace from the View All Teams page by clicking Create Team.

Add a New Workspace
Next, enter a name for the new workspace. After entering the workspace name, choose the data center where the workspace data will be stored. Schedule.so provides EU and US data center options.
Each one supports different compliance needs, so select the region that best fits your organization’s requirements and data residency preferences. Once selected, click Create.

Manage workspaces
After the workspace is created, it will appear on your Teams page along with your other workspaces. At this point, the new workspace is ready to use.
You can switch between workspaces, invite team members, edit the workspace name, or remove a workspace when it is no longer needed.

Switch between workspaces
You can also switch between workspaces directly from the workspace selector in the top-left corner of the dashboard. This menu shows all workspaces available under your account.
Select any workspace to switch into it instantly without signing in again. The currently active workspace will be highlighted in the list.

Update the team booking profile
Each workspace also has its own booking profile settings. To update them, open the Team Settings page.

Here, you can update the Booking Profile Slug, which defines the URL used for the team’s booking page.

You can upload a Profile Avatar Image to show the team’s branding on booking pages and inside the dashboard.

You can also fill in the Personal Profile Page About section. This content appears on the team booking profile and can be used to introduce the team and give invitees more context. Once you finish making changes, click Save.
